Species Description: Nepenthes argentii is often regarded as the smallest nepenthes species. The plant inhabits subalpine shrubbery on windy, ultramafic ridges. It grows at an elevation of 1400–1900 m. The plants are not known to vine and are often desired for their compact growth pattern that is suited for home cultivation in terrariums or grow chambers.
